Minuteman ELT3

The 402 Knoop/ Vickers Minuteman ELT™ 3 fully-automatic system combines the accuracy and performance of the 402 Knoop/ Vickers hardness tester with the enhanced capabilities of Minuteman ELT automation. This automation system is our fully automatic package of Minuteman ELT where automatic measurement analysis, automatic sample focusing, and automatic stage travel is included. With the Minuteman ELT3 software package, indentations can be measured automatically or manually on your PC through software control. A high-resolution digital camera is integrated within the 402MVD and live images of the samples surface are displayed within the software. A z-axis motor is installed within the frame to include automatic sample focusing and a 100 x 100 mm motorized XY-Stage is included for automatic stage movement. Case hardness depth (CHD) calculations, graphing, statistics, and data transfer to Microsoft® Excel or Crystal Reports are all included.
