Minuteman ELT2A

The 402 Knoop/ Vickers Minuteman ELT™ 2A semi-automatic system with an integrated XY-Stage combines the accuracy and performance of the 402 Knoop/ Vickers hardness tester with the enhanced capabilities of Minuteman ELT automation. This automation system is an alternative to our Minuteman ELT2 semi-automatic package where automatic measurement analysis and automatic stage travel is included. With the Minuteman ELT2A software package, indentations can be measured automatically or manually on your PC through software control. A high-resolution digital camera is integrated with the 402 Knoop/ Vickers hardness tester and live images of the samples surface are displayed within the software. Also, a 100 x 100 mm motorized XY-Stage is included for automatic stage movement to drastically reduce the amount of operator interaction with the system. Case hardness depth (CHD) calculations, graphing, statistics, and data transfer to Microsoft® Excel or Crystal Reports are all included.
